After 30+ years in the mortgage industry, I’ve seen how overwhelming—and expensive—the home buying and refinancing process can become.
I’ve also seen how many good people get told “no” simply because they don’t fit neatly inside a traditional lending box.
Self-employed business owners, entrepreneurs, retirees, musicians, consultants, investors, and people living from assets or non-traditional income are often financially strong—but conventional lending doesn’t always tell their full story.
Too often, people are treated like numbers instead of real lives with unique situations.
Throughout my career, I’ve built relationships with professionals and lending partners who believe there’s a better way to help people.
Good People was created during one of the most challenging periods of my life.
After facing unexpected health issues, I experienced firsthand what it means when people truly show up for one another. Friends, past clients, people I hadn’t spoken to in years—and even complete strangers—reached out with one goal: to help.
It reminded me just how many good people are out there.
So I decided to build something around that idea.
Good People is about connecting good people with good people.
A place where people can find trusted professionals, honest guidance, and financing solutions built for real life—not just perfect boxes on an application.
Today, my focus is helping clients explore mortgage solutions beyond traditional lending.
Whether it’s bank statement loans, asset-based financing, 1099 income, investor programs, jumbo solutions, or other Non-QM options, my goal is to help good people find a path forward when traditional financing says no.
Because sometimes the right solution isn’t about fitting into a box.
It’s about working with people who understand the full picture.
Helping Good People Home.
